I finally got a Dev account after months of lurking. I now have this urge to create. I'm too lazy to set up my scanner, and am hesitant to make up any writing. I could post some of my rants, those tend to go well...Eh, I'll get the scanner up and running.

I believe so. I don't quite remember where I got it. I used to have one of the official website wallpapers on my desktop but then my computer's hard drive needed to be wiped, and I haven't really gotten the drive to go to the website and get it beck, even though I was just literally on the website to see if I got the avatar from there (the answer is no).
